My current service areas are the Greater Los Angeles Area, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, North Orange County, Glendale/Pasadena Area, San Fernando Valley, and the Inland Empire.  I will also service other areas within California provided that the main contact are within my general service area.

As far as properties in the state of Nevada, I can only do the financing side as of this time.  I will in the future, get myself licensed in Nevada for sales as well.  Please come back soon.

I specialize in real estate sales and financing and believe a firm believer of business through quality service and not by volume.  I will only do a maximum amount of transactions at a given time so that I can attend to all my clients personally.

Ever heard an agent saying "Let me get the file and call you right back..." or "Let me check my office..."?  That is a common practice for production line agents who's main function is to originate deals - not to service them!  Do not be fooled by these agents.  I take care of ALL my transactions from start to end meaning that all my clients will ALWAYS have an answer each time they call me.

Ooops!  Been busy working for my clients.  But I still have the honest intention of finishing this page!!!  I've just been working way too hard.  Anyways, I now have access to a better multi-unit funding - 5 units and up.  Get this - 5.125% FIXED for FIVE (5) years and converts to a 11th District Index plus 2.625% margin with a 11.125% life cap - no floor!!!  And you thought I had great rates already!

Call me and I'll let you know what kind of property to look for.  Better yet, call me and I'll find you a property that can avail of this type of financing.  Imagine the cash flow...

And if you currently have an adjustable rate with a floor higher than 7%, you might want to consider refinancing that loan.   You are wasting potential income and possibly tax write-offs by not doing so.
